At nvrfold.co, we are committed to delivering your motivational apparel promptly and reliably. Our shipping methods are designed to provide you with the best experience, ensuring your orders arrive in perfect condition.
• Production Time: Every nvrFold item is custom-made just for you. Once you place an order, it takes about 2–7 business days to create your product.
• Shipping Times: After production, shipping times vary by location. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order heads out.
• Customs Fees: For international orders, please note that any additional customs or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Return & Exchange Policy
• Quality Guarantee: Since we use a print-on-demand model (Printful), we only offer returns or exchanges for items that arrive damaged or have a manufacturing defect.
• Wrong Size: Because each item is made to order, we cannot offer exchanges for incorrect sizing. Please refer to our size charts before ordering.
• How to Report a Problem: If your item is damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the product.
